A DSCR loan is a type of mortgage that allows for the current or proprosed market rental income to support the new mortgage payment, so no other income is useed to qualify, you can vest in an LLC and other rental properties do not impact the qualifications of the new mortgage. No income documents are needed, and other rental properites owned have no bearing on qualifying for the new mortgage. 

In addition, there is no limit to the number of properties you own, and many property types are allowed, like non warrantable condos, condotels, and 1 to 8 unit properties.
